King Buffet in Palestine

Excellent sushi bar, but I felt a few of the buffet items didn't taste as fresh as I'd like.

I've been going for 6 years. It's gotten worse n worse and more expensive... Too bad. It used to be awesome...

I love Asian Food and hands down this is the best buffet in East Texas. Fresh and multiple choices available. My favorite part was the hibachi, grab a bowl with what you want and hand it to the cook!!!

The food is nasty! Over cooked, the fresh food is NOT fresh, its sour and old tasting. Don't waste your money here.

Just what one would expect from a small-city Chinese Buffet. Hibachi is better than buffet but there are many choices on each. Worth the money.

Good service, food was hot and fresh. The Mongolian pork was amazing. Great atmosphere. Great place to sit and eat in Palestine.

We went here because it was nearest the hospital. My husband and I were very impressed. The food was great and service was quite good. We plan on eating there again when we visit Palestine.

Showed up just after it opened for business that day and the food tasted like it was sitting for hours, it was ok. The food should be better when they start rotating dishes.

They reserve the food too much.. Its not fresh until Sunday.

Great food, great service; i mean, just outstanding. Nothing but good words to say about this place and these people. That's right, i said these people. Get over it

Love this place. Food, variety, and consistency is good. Most staff have worked there for a long time. Positive energy personnel with hometown feel. Get what you expect every time. Always satisfying.

I've been here several times and never had a bad experience until recently! Service was horrible. There were several food items that were empty and they were never refilled the entire 45 minutes we were there!

Love this place. The food is about 8/10 and the price of the buffet is great. This is a huge buffet with a different selection of food if you have a family that doesn't want Asian food: pizza tamales and a couple other things including a large salad bar.

It was alright Chinese Buffet with a sushi bar. The food wasn't anything special, but that could be because it was between 2:30 and 3. Sweet tea was fine, but with a weird aftertaste. I would try it again at a better time, but I wouldn't get my hopes up too high.

We went in and got the to go boxes. We also went during business rush hour, because it is a buffet and the freshest food is always when they are busiest. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!! Just in the short time it took us to completely load up four to go boxes...we saw over 15 new trays of food brought out to replace the ones already on the buffet. Even with the drive back home, the food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious! And the value was great! We fed a family of 7 .. with teenagers ... with those 4 boxes, and I think they were about 11 bucks a box. We cant get Mcdonalds for that price!!

The food is decent, I wish they would serve traditional items instead of the sugary American style people have grown accustomed to.

It's delicious food. And not a bad price tag. I would recommend going during dinner time, the food is fresher then.

Food was old and hard. Didn't have much of a choice. It was as if they were just trying to use up what was there and not put any fresh out. Was really disappointed.

Well there was good stuff on the buffet but their dessert bar and salad bar was NOT fresh at all. The fruit salad actually looked all brown and nasty. Their peel and eat shrimp was texture that I find hard to even explain. It will be awhile before we go back.

We will never eat here agian food was dried out tasted really weird. I felt really sick afterwards. waitress passed by 5-6 times & seen our drink glasses were empty never asked us if we needed refills. Only thing that was goid was the pudding

This was truly one of the best meals I’ve ever had. God himself helped create the food at this restaurant.

Their buffet has more than enough choices to keep you happy with Chinese food. The food was fresh and the family atmosphere was comfortable.

Good variety and good food

It was terrible today , service was great, but food was terrible. We have eaten there before & it was o.k., but not today. It is my least favorite Chinese food restaurant in the Tri-County area, by the way, but we were in Palestine & my Granddaughter wanted Chinese.

Pretty good! Not always hot and fresh though, but a nice variety!

Food was great but i did witness the hostess not wash her hands after using the restroom and playing with her hair

For a while it was just plain bad, didn't even stop there for couple years. Now there are times this is a 5 star, and really really good. Other times it's just so so, it's a gamble but hasn't been bad in a long time now.

Nice selection on the buffet lines.

Although the service and premise were great the place needs better ventilation in the Mongolian grill area. The cooking of the different sauces and hot peppers gets into the atmosphere and then into your nose and lungs. There were people coughing and sneezing. The food was plain, as if the cooks were not seasoning the food nor checking if it had flavor prior to putting it out on the buffet like good cooks should do. On top of that, you could see the massive amount of oil they use to prepare the dishes. Please lay off the grease!

My wife and another couple went there the food wasnt fit to eat the food was luke warm at best all of it had a spoiled taste the meat was dried out might as well been jerky. The final blow was the ice cream it was definitely spoiled. The health department needs to inspect this place , this place needs to be shut down. We drove 3 hrs to get there what a waste of time and money

Me and my Honey love the food and service here and i highly recommend it 👌👌👌
